OUR MISSION
We are a firm focused on creating value for our clients and partners, through acquisitions, divestitures and investments alongside our partners putting our balance sheet at risk. Our experience spans from managing IT start-ups to the set-up of an $800M Oil and Gas division for a Fortune 500 Company. During that period, we also founded an Alternative Investments Advisory boutique, which we managed for 15 years giving us broad exposure to Private Equity, Venture Capital, Hedge Funds and Structured Products. Although agnostic industry wise, the last ten years have been mainly in the Healthcare sector, where our experience is in operating and owning companies in the Healthcare sector, mainly providing care to elderly people at home.
As our mission is to serve with purpose, we have expanded since the end of 2025, our services taking care of the elderly to a new level by launching the Care@Home Guarantee. This new venture will enable our senior population owning their property, to age gracefully at home while getting the care they deserve as well as supplemental income to increase their social security pension.
